This is a part-time position, with an estimated workload of 10 to 15 hours per week. Depending on the need, this could turn into a full-time position.
Proactively seek opportunities to increase our site speed and apply optimizations
Work with our SEO agency to implement any technical SEO recommendations
When needed, build new WordPress [shortcodes] and blocks that are intuitive and easy to use
Collaborate with our senior designer, sysadmin, copywriters, and management on marketing initiatives
Find ways to improve the readability and reusability of our codebase
Identify and fix bugs

3+ years of proven web development experience
Proven experience with speed optimization on WordPress sites
