This role sits at the intersection of marketing and data science. We’re looking for someone to bolster our marketing performance by leveraging data across multiple channels. You’ll be a part of our marketing team, and play an essential role in growing revenue and measuring the effectiveness of our marketing efforts.
Own marketing performance data as a whole across all channels, ensuring that metrics are consistent and our measurement is robust.
Provide ongoing reporting on marketing performance and analyze channel data to provide meaningful insights and opportunities that lead to growth.
Continually optimize key touchpoints in our customer journey, end to end.
Design and analyze marketing growth experiments in collaboration with the team.
Validate tracking and data collection to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Empower the team to make effective decisions using data through internal tooling, dashboards, and funnels.
At least five years of experience in a similar role.
Extensive experience with incremental modelling, including A/B and multivariate testing.
Have a deep knowledge of digital marketing concepts, channels, strategies, and related data outputs (including web analytics).
Are a robust, proactive communicator and writer, and comfortable with setting and managing your priorities.
Have excellent quantitative skills and are very comfortable with data, statistical modeling, and analysis.
Are a hands-on contributor and implementer, with proficiency in SQL.
Have programming experience with Python, R or PHP.
